How long does the whole process take?

Most standard business websites are live within 10 – 14 days. E-commerce sites typically take 2 – 4 weeks. Custom web applications are scoped individually but usually 4 – 8 weeks.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Your logo (if you have one), any photos or images you want to use, and a rough idea of what pages you need. We guide you through everything else including copywriting guidance and stock imagery sourcing.

How many revisions are included?

The design phase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional rounds are available at a small fee. Development changes after sign-off are handled case by case.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. We build on platforms that allow easy content updates and include a training session so you can change text, images and basic content yourself. For bigger changes, we are always available.

What happens after the 12 months of support ends?

We offer ongoing monthly maintenance plans at a competitive rate. These cover software updates, security monitoring, content changes and priority support.

Do you work with clients outside of Bloemfontein and Newcastle?

Absolutely. Our entire process runs remotely via calls, WhatsApp and shared staging links. We have delivered projects for clients in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and across South Africa without meeting in person.
